YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed training as / CNC programmer – wood / CNC specialist – wood /tool mechanic / industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification in the metalworking sector.
  • Several years of experience in CNC programming using CAD/CAM systems
  • Good technological knowledge in machining
  • Experience in machining high-performance plastics, GRP, wood and aluminum
  • Confident handling of construction drawings and their implementation
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Team player and able to work under pressure

YOUR TASKS:

  • Creation of 2D- CAD drawings with AutoCAD or Draftsight
  • Creation of CNC programs, work documents for 3-axis portal milling machines using CAD/CAM software
  • materials: High performance plastics, GFK, wood and aluminum
  • Programming, setup and operation of 3 – CNC milling machines
  • Further development of production concepts together with construction and work preparation

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed technical studies, preferably in the field of mechanical or industrial engineering, materials engineering, or process engineer, technician
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in CAD design is an advantage (preferably Solid Works, precision engineering)
  • Analytical skills, good technical understanding
  • Reliability and pioneering spirit
  • Ability to formulate and communicate technical findings
  • Organizational skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team, communication skills
  • Independent, prudent and focused work ethic

YOUR TASKS:

  • Development, optimization and support of production processes
  • Process parameter development and optimization incl. documentation
  • Reproducible execution and evaluation of test series
  • Analysis and solution of complex production and process problems
  • Development of fixture and tooling concepts
  • Preparation of work instructions
  • Close cooperation with production, quality management and, if necessary, customers
  • Determination of the need for required tools and devices, construction, ordering and testing of these prototypes production
