Diamond Tools

We manufacture diamond tools for surface processing of a wide variety of materials. Our tools are designed to produce very homogeneous, scratch-free surfaces even at high removal rates, while ensuring minimal subsurface damage. As a result, polishing times in subsequent process steps are typically reduced by at least 35%, and both product quality and process stability are significantly improved.

As a rule, the machined workpieces can already be measured interferometrically after fine grinding. This makes it possible to carry out fine adjustments during grinding that would normally only be feasible during polishing. This further reduces machining costs and, above all, leads to a clear improvement in process stability.

Very clean process: The replacements of abrasive grinding processes with dopa grinding tools greatly improves the cleanliness and reduces cleaning efforts of the components. Grain residues are avoided, which cuts down time for cleaning and increases the yield significantly.
