Base Plates

We produce base plates for polishing or grinding wheels for single- and double-sided machines.

We are able to produce base plates with light weight structures or complicated shapes. Inhouse, we can produce base plates up to Ø 1500 mm. We would be pleased to assist you with our expertise, if you have specific requirements of if you wish to optimize your processes. 

All base plates are lapped according to your flatness and parallelism specifications. 
You could also provide us with your base plates, that we would happily lap <5µm concave or convex depending on size.
